Isha Kanwal is the Managing Director of Roushan Research International. Under her leadership Roushan Research International has been transformed to a global organizational consulting firm.

The firm helps organizations hire the right people and advise them on how to reward, develop and motivate their workforce. The firm also helps professionals navigate and advance their careers.

Isha brings hands-on experience to his current position. Prior to Roushan Research International, Isha has worked with HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, AlphaBricks Techonology etc. She is also the co-founder of RezMatic Technology.

Isha has earned masters degree in business administration degree in Human Resource. She is responsible for tranforming Roushan Research International people culture.
