Manish Roushan is the Founder and CEO of Roushan Research International. Under his leadership Roushan Research International has been transformed to a global organizational consulting firm.

Today Roushan Research International works with clients to design their organizational structures, roles and responsibilities. The firm helps organizations hire the right people and advise them on how to reward, develop and motivate their workforce. The firm also helps professionals navigate and advance their careers.

Roushan brings hands-on experience to his current position. Prior to Roushan Research International, Roushan has worked for multinationals like Microsoft, Panasonic, Honeywell, AMX etc at various marketing, sales and business development roles.

Roushan earned masters degree in business administration from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune and holds a M.S. from Syracuse University, New York.
